Melatonin helps reduce the time needed to fall asleep*, while vitamins B1 and B6 support the normal functioning of the nervous system. Extracts of chamomile, passionflower, lemon balm, hops, and ashwagandha are traditionally used in products intended for sleep quality and evening relaxation.
The capsules are suitable for daily use and are also vegan-friendly.

- Dosage: Take 1 capsule daily, preferably shortly before bedtime, with a sufficient amount of liquid.
