Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the website of Gaia Naturelle d.o.o., Ulica Goce Delčeva 29A, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The product presentations in the online shop do not constitute legally binding offers, but are non-binding invitations to place an order.
By submitting an order, you are making a binding offer to purchase.
Once your order is received, you will receive a confirmation email. The purchase contract is concluded when Gaia Naturelle confirms the shipment of your order or dispatches the goods.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are stated in euros (€) and include VAT.
Shipping costs are calculated separately and displayed at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Gaia Naturelle ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
In the event of shipping delays, you will be notified via email.

5. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please email us at info@gaianaturelle.com or use the withdrawal form.
Returns must be sent within 14 days after the withdrawal notice.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Excluded from return: opened, used or personalised products.

Statutory warranty rights apply.
