Once your order is shipped, you'll automatically receive an email with your tracking number. Simply click the link in the email to view the current status of your delivery. If you don't see the email, please check your spam or junk folder.

You can change your order if it hasn’t yet been handed over to our shipping provider. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@gaianaturelle.com and our team will be happy to assist you.

We totally understand, sometimes we change our minds too!
Because of our automated shipping system, we’re unfortunately unable to make changes or cancel orders once they’ve been placed.
As soon as your order is confirmed, it’s immediately sent to our warehouse for processing and shipping.
We’re working on adding a cancellation window in the future and truly appreciate your understanding in the meantime.

Yes! You can enter your company name during checkout. If you need your VAT number listed on the invoice, include it in the company field.

Please note that VAT is included for orders within the EU. Currently, we do not offer VAT-free purchases for businesses, but you can reclaim VAT through your own accounting processes.

You’ll receive a tracking code by email after your order ships. You can use it to check your delivery on the Packeta or Hermes tracking page.

You can return items within 14 days of receiving them. Just send an email to info@gaianaturelle.com stating that you want to withdraw from the contract. No explanation needed.

You will only need to pay return shipping costs. Return the product, along with the completed return form, to:

You have 14 days from receipt to return items you’re not satisfied with. Products must be unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Read our full return policy for more.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.

Refunds typically appear within 7 business days. If it takes longer, contact us. Refunds are issued to the same payment methods used for purchase. If a gift card was used, the amount is refunded back to that card.
